I bought 3 pieces and all of them look great and it's quality also feels great ... Only thing I miss here is that we cannot use the numbers or any symbols ...on the Keychain...other than that ..everything is fine

Packing is substandard. Pen box has way too many scratches.
This is unjustified as we are not purchasing this from a local market at bargain price.

the gift was for my mother's birthday. it was a really great idea to personalize it since I haven't been able to gift her things in the past and this idea felt like something she would truly appreciate. she uses makeup, so the bag will be a good way to organize her products. she is a lecturer, so a pen with her name engraved on it would look really classy and would be an obvious gift from someone who cherishes her. she told me she loved the gifts, but she wishes there was a mirror inside the makeup bag with lights around it because it would make it even more useful. the product is already great, but if you can add that detail then it would be even better and I would definitely buy it because she is still searching for it. overall, thank you for letting me get my mother a gift she loves. i get anxious about gift giving because it makes me sad if the receiver doesn't like it, but this gift did not disappoint. the personalization and the color scheme both were truly gorgeous.
